1st Day Tour : Kualanamu Airport – Bukit Lawang Bahorok
arrive at kuala namu international airport welcome by enjoy holiday medan. drive to bukit lawang the conservation of the orangutans located in gunung leuser national park through by landscape with vast view of palm oil and rubber plantation. en-route stops at of rubber, oil palm and cacao plantations with some countryside landscape. arrived in bukit lawang, check in hotel : rindu alam hotel bukit lawang enjoy bahorok! lunch & dinner at hotel.
2nd Day Tour : Jungle Trekking Bukit Lawang – Berastagi
after breakfast, you will visit the orang utans at feeding platform at their natural habitat. after that you continue jungle trekking for 3 hours to explore the park. this involves an hour walk through the jungle to reach the feeding grounds of the orang utan. steep, slopes and dense vegetation will bring you the excitement of the rainforest. in this tropical primary rainforest, you can see the varieties of birds, butterflies, siamang (long arm apes), different kinds of reptiles the rest is your own program, you can swim or take a beautiful walk to the local village nearby.lunch at hotel, after lunch Proceed to berastagi, arrived in berastagi check in hotel : mikie holiday resort berastagi enjoy berastagi! 3rd Day Tour : Berastagi – Lake Toba – Samosir Island
breakfast at hotel. visit peceran village to see the old and traditional house of batak karo then continue to visit gundaling hill for viewing berastagi town and two active volcano sibayak and sinabung then visit fruit and flower market to hunting local souvenir continue to visit sipiso-piso water fall with 120 m from the northen side of lake toba. then proceed to pematang purba to see the palaca of king purba. enjoy the short break at simarjarunjung hill the high point of lake toba for viewing lake toba to taste the ginger tea with fried banana (personal expense) proceed to parapat,arrive at parapat, a town on the shore of serene lake toba from where you cross over the lake to the island of samosir. check-in hotel : tabo cottage samosir island ,dinner at hotel. Enjoy lake toba!
4th Day Tour : Samosir Tour – Lake Toba Parapat – Medan
breakfast at hotel, cruise lake toba to samosir island first will visit ambarita to see the stone chair, used to punish prisoner and enemies into dead during sialagan kingdom. next visit tomok village to see the old tomb of king sidabutar and shopping local souvenir across the lake return to parapat and proceed for lunch at local restaurant continue trip to medan enroute stop at pematang siantar the second biggest city after medan for purchase local snack call teng-teng, ting-ting made from peanut continue to medan passing sumatera plantation such as rubber, palm oil and cocoa. dinner at local restaurant check in to hotel : swiss belin hotel medan (located in the culinary center of medan) , enjoy medan!
5th Day Tour : Medan City Tour – Drop Back To Kualanamu Airport
after breakfast at hotel,medan city tour,visiting “maimoon palace,great mosque medan,velangkanni,etc” then “medan shopping tour” to hunt medan’s local food/cake ,such as “bika ambon & bolu merantie”.lunch will be served at local resto,transfer out airport,tour ends!
